Juan Cuadrado is in Turin for a medical ahead of a season-long loan at Juventus.The Colombia international, who has made just four starts for the Blues since joining in January, is on the verge of a deal with the Serie A champions.While Marko Marin, who was dubbed the German Lionel Messi, is having a medical in Turkey ahead of a move to Trabzonspor.The Germany international has had loan spells at Sevilla, Fiorentina and Anderlecht without establishing himself at Stamford Bridge.Diego Costa has held talks with Atletico Madrid president Miguel Angel Gil over a possible move back to Spain.Costa joined Chelsea in June 2014 and was key for the club as they won the Premier League last season.But Spanish newspaper Marca say Costa and Angel Gil met during the summer whilst in Ibiza after the 26-year-old expressed a desire to return to the Vicente Caleron to his former team-mates.John Stones is ready to submit a formal transfer request to force through a move to Chelsea.According to The Times, Stones is keen on moving but with Everton determined not to sell, the England international is weighing up whether to force the move himself by handing in the transfer request.Chelsea have already had three bids - £22m, £26m and £30m - all rejected by the Toffees.
