ARSENAL will face Bayern Munich in the group stages of the Champions League while Manchester City take on finalists Juventus.
Manchester United return to the competition with a testing group - PSV, CSKA Moscow and Wolfsburg - and Jose Mourinho takes on former club FC Porto.
After all the Group of Death talk, each Premier League side will be fairly confident of progression.
Arsenal's group looks the toughest on paper with Bayern, Olympiacos and Dinamo Zagreb.
While Chelsea's with Porto, Dynamo Kiev and Maccabi Tel-Aviv is probably the easiest.
City face Juventus - beaten by Barcelona in last year's final - Europa League winners Sevilla and German side Borrusia Monchengladbach.
The first matches take place September 15-16 and the final is scheduled for May 28 at the San Siro, home of AC and Inter Milan.
