Besiktas are reportedly considering a move to sign Mesut Ozil.
Erol Kaynar, a former board member for the Turkish giants claims Erdan Torunogullari, the club's transfer chief, has held talks with Ozil's agents.
"Erdal [Torunogullari] met with Mesut Ozil’s representatives last week and made an enquiry," Kaynar said.
Real Madrid have reportedly accepted a £48million bid from Arsenal to sign Karim Benzema.
Football pundit Rodney Marsh told talkSPORT: “I had a phone call from a mate of mine, and he’s been right on many things, and he said that he believes Real Madrid have accepted a bid somewhere in the region of £48million for Benzema from Arsenal.
“In the past this guy has always been right, he’s never been wrong yet, so we’ll have to wait and see.”
And Arsenal are refusing to budge on their £7m valuation of Joel Campbell.
Serie A club Palermo are keen to sign the Costa Rica winger, however they claim the Gunners are refusing to go below their initial valuation of the 23-year-old.
"Arsenal aren't moving from their initial positions and Campbell is unattainable as of now," said Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini.
"If some margins open up for a negotiation then all for the better, otherwise we can't do anything."
