WEST BROM have set their sights on Manchester United outcast Jonny Evans.
That is acceding to The Sun, who claim the Baggies are preparing a move for the £12million-valued defender.
United boss Louis van Gaal reportedly considers the Northern Ireland international as surplus to requirements as he continues his search for a world-class centre-half.
The Old Trafford outfit have been linked with moves for Valencia's Nicolas Otamendi, Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos and Everton's John Stones.
Premier League rivals Arsenal are also reportedly keen on a move for the 27-year-old Evans, who has made almost 200 appearances for the Red Devils.
