Jose Mourinho has ordered Chelsea to sign Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann amid rumours of Eden Hazard joining Real Madrid.
Spanish publication Fichajes say Mourinho sees the France international as an ideal replacement for Hazard.
Speculation around Hazard as intensified in the last week after a series of incidents.
After a mediocre start to the season, Hazard was dropped by Mourinho against Aston Villa last Saturday before coming on in the final minutes.
Hazard then "liked" a picture on Instagram linking him with a move to Madrid.
But reports in France have gone a step further and claimed the 24-year-old has told his team-mates will leave at the end of the season.
Mourinho called referee Damor Skomina "weak" and "naive" after he failed to give Chelsea a penalty in their 0-0 draw with Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday
"You get bored of Mourinho after a while when he keeps going on about the referee instead of looking at the positives," Keane told ITV.
"Chelsea are getting back to their best. I’m sure he spoke to his players and staff about getting back to basics.
"They should have won the game. They should have had a penalty. Talk about the positives instead of the referee. You get bored of it.
"The players get fed up and bored of it. There are positives: they played really well, couple of clean sheets in a row, they’re starting to get back to their best and they should have won.
"Instead the manager again and there is a lot of negativity around the place."
