| Juan Mata pleased after narrow win over Aston Villa |
MANCHESTER UNITED star Juan Mata admits he's a fan of Friday night football after tonight's 1-0 win at Aston Villa.
United maintained their stranglehold on Villa as they extended their unbeaten league run at Villa Park to 20 years thanks to a first-half strike from Adnan Januzaj.
Mata threaded a clever pass through the left side of the Villa defence for Januzaj to break the deadlock in the 29th minute.
And now the Spaniard is looking forward to a relaxing weekend after helping the Red Devils to the Premier League top spot.
"Friday night football is very nice," Mata said after the victory. "If you win you have the whole weekend to watch football and relax."
