And the former Holland striker will have to find an answer to QPR ’s attacking difficulties if he is to continue his run of success.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody> <tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmo_XWWApu618757c3wTArfbsWOlgXITGS8_QYYMeoZIXYArsS_hee2H5ytSj-GjPyAnBwC3DivL7ulFopxafVHDTUOdCoPvFPr-Rq8DJIc9g64sZYS9FAimN5OX7Jh4ixbX4KsR0Efww/s1600/Reading+0+-+QPR+1-+Onuoha%2527s+late+strike+sees+off+Royals+as+Hasselbaink+awaits+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img alt="Reading 0 - QPR 1: Onuoha's late strike sees off Royals as Hasselbaink awaits" border="0" height="378" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmo_XWWApu618757c3wTArfbsWOlgXITGS8_QYYMeoZIXYArsS_hee2H5ytSj-GjPyAnBwC3DivL7ulFopxafVHDTUOdCoPvFPr-Rq8DJIc9g64sZYS9FAimN5OX7Jh4ixbX4KsR0Efww/s640/Reading+0+-+QPR+1-+Onuoha%2527s+late+strike+sees+off+Royals+as+Hasselbaink+awaits+2.jpg" title="Reading 0 - QPR 1: Onuoha's late strike sees off Royals as Hasselbaink awaits" width="640" /></a></td></tr> <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The match is expected to be Neil Warnock's last in charge</td></tr> </tbody></table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Charlie Austin’s goal in the 1-0 victory over Leeds on Saturday was the Hoops first goal in five games – and they struggled to add to that tally against a Reading side who had won just one of their previous seven games.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Onuoha shot over late on when well placed but he was able to redeem himself in the final minute as his header squirmed past Ali Al Habsi.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> After the match Charlie Austin said: “It would be nice to work with a former striker but the main thing is we need someone to come in and stabilise the football club.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> “We have stability in the squad and we have showed that in the performances since Neil took over, but we need him [Hasselbaink] to come in now and help us push up the league. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> “Can we reach the play-offs this season? I don’t see why not – look at the squad we’ve got. Nothing comes for free in this league, we need to work as hard as the last six weeks and who know what will happen come May.”</div>
