His place in the summer's England squad is in jeopardy unless he can prove his fitness before the end of the season, and Hamann wants the club to make things clearer.</div>

Alli signed for Spurs from MK Dons in January but went straight back on loan, but has made an impact in the centre of midfield for Mauricio Pochettino's side.</div>
