SERGIO AGUERO fired Manchester City beyond Sunderland in the first game since the announcement Manuel Pellegrini would leave the club in the summer.

Pep Guardiola will replace the Chilean in June but City showed no sign of easing up and marched two points clear of Arsenal - who were held by Southampton.
Aguero struck in the 16th minute to put City ahead firing into the top corner from the edge of the box.
He was caught by Billy Jones on the leg to give City fans a scare but managed to carry on.
Yaya Toure was impressive in midfield but City were unable to find another breakthrough.
Leicester's win over Liverpool keeps them three points clear at the top while Tottenham leapfrogged Arsenal with their win over Norwich.
