Woodward is likely to face questions about Louis van Gaal's feasibility as manager

The Dutch manager has come under ever-increasing pressure in his job ever since United crashed out of the Champions League at the group stage.
And with reports that the club will not open the Sir Alex Ferguson stand for the second-leg of their Europa League tie against FC Midtjylland because of poor ticket sales, the club are starting to feel the pinch.
Executive vice-chairman Woodward will hold a conference call tomorrow to discuss the release of United's accounts.

But while the business side of things is top of the agenda, The Times claims Woodward is likely to be pressed to clarify the club's position over their current manager.
The news comes off the back of United's most convincing performance for some time after goals from Wayne Rooney, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial gave them a 3-0 win over Stoke at Old Trafford.
But the results was significant by how rare its sort have been this year, as Van Gaal's side have produced on the whole dull and dreary football and often no Premier League points to justify it.

And now amid the prospect of missing out on a lucrative top four spot and Champions League, shareholders are expected to express concern over Van Gaal's leadership.
Woodward has so far resisted growing calls for the 64-year-old's head.
In fact, the announcement this week that Pep Guardiola will take over at Manchester City next season may have strengthened Van Gaal's position as the Spaniard had been mooted as the ideal replacement.
