Attacking midfielder finally arrives for medical ahead of Man Utd move

NICK POWELL is at Hull for a medical today ahead of a loan move from Manchester United, according to reports.

 

Nick Powell is expected to complete a medical with Hull today

 

Powell was linked with a move to the Championship club last week and Steve Bruce confirmed he was interested in the 21-year-old.

“Yes, he's somebody who interests us - I've liked Nick from the first time I saw him when he played for Crewe," Bruce said.

 

And according to website Football Insider, negotiations continued over the weekend and Powell is now set for a medical today.

A United source has claimed Hull are first looking to close a deal for Slovakian goalkeeper Dusan Kuciak today.

 

And once that move is finalised, they will then close the deal with the Red Devil’s for Powell.

The former Crewe star was spotted in the stands at Gigg Lane on Saturday to watch Hull beat Bury 3-1 in the FA Cup fourth round.
