A new study has found that SEX could be the thing to keep you sharp.
A study conducted by The Manchester University surveyed 1,700 people between the ages of 58 and 98.
They found that the subjects more sexually active had the better brain power.

The study also found that a third of women and even more men over the age of 70 are having an active sex life.
This isn’t the first study to link sexual activity to brain power.
A 2010 study found that sex promotes cell growth in the hippocampus.
The hippocampus is the area in the brain that controls long-term memory.
