WEST BROM owner Jeremy Peace does not want to sell Tottenham and Newcastle target Saido Berahino this month, according to reports.

Tottenham and Newcastle dealt blow in race for £25m striker
Jeremy Peace won't sell Saido Berahino for less than £25m

The Daily Mail claim Peace will only accept a bid if it meets his asking price of £25million.
Peace instantly dismissed Tottenham's deadline day offer of £23m last summer because the fee was incentivised and was to be paid in instalments.
Reports yesterday claimed Spurs were lining up a new £18m bid for the striker within the next 48 hours to test West Brom’s resolve.
They believe Berahino’s value has fallen during his stay on the sidelines.

The unsettled 22-year-old has scored just three Premier League goals all season and has failed to start to start a match since October 31.
But it now looks as if the bid will be rejected as Peace continues to play hardball.
Berahino has become one of the most sought after strikers in recent weeks, with Newcastle also interested in signing the England international, but a deal to Tyneside also looks set to collapse with the Magpies unwilling to spend £25m on the 22-year-old.
Albion refused to sell Berahino to Spurs in the summer despite three bids from the north London club, with the last one around £22million.
