LOUIS VAN GAAL has been pictured leaving Manchester airport - but only to visit his daughter on her birthday.
The Manchester United manager is under pressure to get results after overseeing their 1-0 loss to Southampton on Saturday.
He was booed off the pitch after the defeat - his sixth in the league this season - and there are claims Jose Mourinho wants to replace him at the Old Trafford helm.
Yesterday Van Gaal reportedly held talks with United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.
It is claimed Woodward has already sought the views of United's players over Van Gaal's future.

There are reports the 64-year-old is ready to quit the club before he is pushed.
United sit fifth in the Premier League, five points behind Tottenham in fourth.
They play Derby in the FA Cup on Friday night, although Van Gaal may not be in the Red Devils hot seat by then.
