United are reportedly keen on a trio of Tottenham players - Rose, Harry Kane and Dele Alle.

Newspaper the Sunday People claims United scouts have been spotted at Spurs' last four fixtures.

 

And it's understood Rose is target No1, as Louis van Gaal looks to bolster is injury-plagued defence.

The Red Devils are without a recognised left-back in the squad with Luke Shaw and Ashley Young both sidelined.

 

And the report claims United have been closely monitoring the 25-year-old ahead of late January swoop.

However, Mauricio Pochettino is not keen to see Rose leave White Hart Lane to Premier League rivals United.
