MANCHESTER UNITED'S FA Cup fourth round game at Derby will be their 48th consecutive tie in the competition that has been selected for live television.
The BBC have chosen United's game with the Championship promotion hopefuls for Friday evening coverage on January 29.
Despite their recent decline and dull third round win over Sheffield United last Saturday - which was screened by BT Sport - United still pull the biggest TV audiences and, remarkably, every tie since their goal-less third round draw with Exeter at Old Trafford in January 2004 has been selected for live coverage.
The BBC will also show Chelsea's game at either MK Dons or Northampton on Sunday January 31.
BT Sport will broadcast Colchester against the winners of the Tottenham-Leicester City replay on Saturday, January 30 at 12.45pm. They will also show the winners of the Liverpool-Exeter replay against West Ham at 5.15pm that day plus Yeovil or Carlisle v Everton on the Sunday at 1.30pm.
