The Spaniard has been linked with a move away from the Britannia Stadium in recent months with Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea all said to be interested. 
The Spaniard has impressed for the Potters this campaign that has seen him net five times, including scoring the opener against United in their 2-0 Boxing Day win.
 
Reports emerged over the weekend that Bojan had a £10million buy-out clause in his contract at Stoke but Hughes has dismissed those suggestions.
"There's no clause, no intention or desire from us as a club or from Bojan and his people, in my view and from what conversations I've had," said Hughes.

"There's a lot of mis-information out at the moment. It's just a little bit of mischief making."
The former Barcelona forward's current contract with the Potters runs until the summer of 2018.
Stoke take on Liverpool in the Capital One Cup semi-final tonight (8pm).
