SCHALKE have put a £40million price tag on Leroy Sane, according to reports.

The 19-year-old has attracted interest from Manchester City and Liverpool in recent weeks.
Sane's impressive performances for the German club has seen the attacking midfielder the subject of a bidding war between the two clubs.
The Reds were thought to be favourites to sign the youngster before City joined them in the hunt with a proposed £32m offer.
But The Sun now claim Schalke are demanding at least £40m for their star man.

Sane has netted five times for Schalke this campaign with the club currently sixth in the Bundesliga table.
The German's contract at Schalke runs until the summer of 2019.
