GARY CAHILL reckons Ruben Loftus-Cheek could be Chelsea's Dele Alli, but has warned the 19-year-old has to grab his chance now.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek bagged for Chelsea in their FA Cup 2-0 win against Scunthorpe on Sunday
 
Loftus-Cheek scored the second goal in Chelsea's 2-0 FA Cup third-round win over Scunthorpe.
Cahill said: "Ruben has had a couple of runs in the team and he is a top, top player. He's got all the attributes. It's just how he progresses.
"That's down to him getting a few chances and down to himself if he does. Dele Alli's rise has been incredibly fast, so why can't Ruben do it?"
