CHELSEA have made two changes from the team that beat Scunthorpe 2-0, bringing in John Obi Mikel and John Terry.

Diego Costa has overcome a bruised knee and will face West Brom and John Terry and John Obi Mikel have been drafted in to preparation for a physical test against Tony Pulis' men.
Loic Remy is also fit following a calf problem and is named on the bench but Eden Hazard and Radamel Falcao remain out with respective groin and thigh injuries.
Jonas Olsson returns for the Baggies but Victor Anichebe remains on the bench after recovering from a hamstring injury.
Ben Foster could make his first Premier League appearance since March if forced to come off the bench.
 
The goalkeeper played in the FA Cup at the weekend after a 10-month absence with a serious knee injury.
