ALEXANDRE PATO looks set to snub a move to the Premier League in favour of a move to China, according to reports.
The 26-year-old striker has been linked with moves to Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool but it seems as if he has now his sights set on a move to the Far East.
The Sun claim Chinese Second Division side Tianjin Songjiang, managed by former Brazil coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo, have launched a surprise move for the former AC Milan frontman.
Pato recently returned to Brazilian side Corinthians after spending last season on loan at Sao Paulo and is believed to be surplus to requirements.
Further reports in Brazil claim that an offer from the Chinese club has been accepted and they will hand the forward a deal worth close to £400,000-a-month.
This potential move will see him follow in the footsteps of fellow Brazilians Luis Fabiano, Ricardo Goulart and Robinho, who all currently play in China.
Pato was reportedly on the verge of joining misfiring Chelsea before Jose Mourinho was sacked after being spotted at Stamford Bridge for their Champions League clash with Porto.
While United made a late summer bid for him and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is said to be a big fan.
