PREMIER LEAGUE clubs are weighing up a £15million January move for Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse.
The 25-year-old Senegalese forward was voted the Russian Premier League's player of 2015 and he's attracted interest from across Europe.
The Guardian report that Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham have been scouting Niasse with Everton, Newcastle United and Aston Villa also keeping tabs.
Chelsea are really interested in signing Niasse, according to reports in Italy, and Bayer Leverkusen and Monaco have both seen bids rejected.
But it's believed Niasse would prefer a move to England with his wife based in Manchester.
In 21 matches for Lokomotiv this season, Niasse has scored 12 goals and picked up 10 assists, with the Russians finishing third in the league - five points behind leaders CSKA Moscow.
Lokomotiv topped Group H in this season's Europa League, finishing above Sporting Lisbon and Beskitas, and they face Turkish giants Fenerbahçe in the last 32.
Niasse's career started in his home country of Senegal with Ouakham, before spells with Brann in Norway and Akhisar Belediyespor in Turkey earned him a £4m move to Lokomotiv in 2014.
The explosive forward, blessed with pace and power, scored in the final of the Russian Cup as Lokomotiv defeated Kuban Krasnador 3-1 and he's made won four caps for Senegal since his debut in 2014.
