GUUS HIDDINK claims Didier Drogba's Montreal Impact contract is the main stumbling block to his return to Chelsea.

The Ivorian striker has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge in a coaching role and was even briefly mooted for the post of manager when Jose Mourinho was sacked jsut before Christmas.
But with interim manager Guus Hiddink in place, Chelsea are now seeking to recruit the 37-year-old as a mentor to some of the club's stars, and the Dutch boss revealed that he would happily see Drogba return.
"I have expressed in the past that Didier Drogba is a big legend for the club but he is still under contract and we have to respect that and leave it at peace," Hiddink said.

Drogba ended his second spell at Chelsea as a player by winning the title last season before signing for MLS side Montreal where he has been an unmitigated success with 11 goals in his 11 appearances for the franchise.
And while he is unlikely to add to his 164 goals for Chelsea, owner Roman Abramovich is said to be confident of being able to welcome the player back to Stamford Bridge in another capacity at some point in the future.
