ARSENAL, Liverpool and Manchester United are set to go battle it out for Lille winger Sofiane Boufal, according to reports.
Boufal only joined the Ligue 1 club last summer, but has already been linked with a high-profile move after an impressive first-half of the campaign.
The 22-year-old, who has been dubbed the 'next Eden Hazard' in France, has scored five goals and assisted one so far this season.
Paris Saint-Germin are reportedly keen on the attacking midfielder, but Spanish website Fichajes claim Arsenal, Liverpool and United have entered the race for his services.
The uncapped Moroccan will reportedly set suitors back £18.5million if they want to sign him in January, but his agent insists his client is keen on staying at Lille until the end of the season.
"We want to do a full season in Ligue 1 and then a choice will be made next summer," said his representative Yven Le Mee.
"He must continue what he's doing, have a good second part of the season to show his potential to major clubs. For us, leaving in January is too early."
PSG boss Laurent Blanc poured cold water over a potential move for Boufal, but believes he has a bright future ahead of him.
"Boufal? He's a Lille player." Blanc said on the speculation. "Look, he's a young player who has suddenly broke through this season. His strengths? Oh, it's his dribbling."
If Boufal was to arrive in the Premier League, he would follow in the footsteps of Hazard, who joined Chelsea from Lille over a number of English clubs.
