ARSENAL have agreed a £23million fee with Dynamo Kiev for Andriy Yarmolenko, according to reports.

Arsenal beat Everton to international winger signing after agreeing £23m fee
Andriy Yarmolenko has scored 13 goals in 22 appearances for Kiev this season

The winger, who has scored 13 goals in 22 appearances for Kiev this season, has been linked with a move to Everton this month.
It was thought Toffees boss Roberto Martinez was prepared to offer as much as £21m for Yarmolenko in an effort to force through a move in this transfer window.
And the Winger's agent Vadim Shabily has been spotted at Goodison Park on more than one occasion and even posted a picture of himself alongside Martinez.

But Ukrainian publication Sport claim the Gunners have now agreed a deal to bring the 26-year-old to the Emirates.
The move for Yarmolenko will not take place until the summer, as club president Ihor Surkis wants to keep hold of the Ukraine international for the Champions League tie with Manchester City.
In November, Kiev boss Sergei Rebrov admitted Yarmolenko's future would hinge on his relationship with Surkis.

"I can see his progress and that other teams are interested in him but it all depends on his relationship with the president," he said.
"If you are asking me then I don't want to sell the player, I want to keep him in the team.
"But, at the end of the day, it's all about the relationship with the president."
Yarmolenko, who has 55 international caps, only signed a new five-year deal with the Ukrainian club last year.
