RANGERS have started talks with Accrington duo Josh Windass and Matt Crooks, according to Stanley's majority shareholder Andy Holt.

Accrington Stanley chief rages as Rangers start talks with Arsenal target
Josh Windass was linked with Arsenal in 2015

In a series of tweets on Twitter, Holt blasted Rangers for beginning "unsolicited" negotiations with the players.
He said: "I have been informed today that Rangers are talking to Josh and Crooksey about a move.

"This is unsolicited and is being done under FIFA international regs that I totally disagree with.
"You know as much as I do now. Come on Stanley."

Windass, the son of Hull legend Dean, was linked with Arsenal earlier in the season.
While Crooks, who started at Manchester United's academy, has scored seven goals this season.
Both players will be out of contract in the summer and are free to speak to other clubs but Accrington can expect to receive a compensation fee if they depart.
