Watching spots pop and blackheads ooze appears to be a new trend - the internet loves watching something gooey appearing out of a crevice.
But this video really is the gooiest and grimmest of them all - if you can sit through it to the end, you deserve a medal.

It's believed the cyst is a sebaceous cyst - for those not in the know, they're little lumps that pop up when one experiences a swollen hair follicle.
The caption beneath the video, written in Italian, is translated as saying: "Sebaceous cysts most often arise from swollen hair follicles. They are lumps that move freely under the skin, are slow growing and painless.
"Often become infected and cause the following symptoms: skin redness, pain, increased local temperature, draining a gray and white cheesy material."
And a white cheesy material it really is. The surgeon explained the producer is pain-free and leaves no scarring for the patient.

The cyst has now gone, and the patient has no scars
Explaining a little more about the cyst-popping, he added: "Unlike conventional surgical treatment is generally the Hoogstra Medical Center performed a new laser treatment for sebaceous, Anthrax cysts and boils which involves making a small hole in the cyst protruding part.
"Thanks to the high speed of impact of the laser Lotus II is not required to place local anesthesia or anesthetic creams.
"Once the hole made proceeds to drain the cyst, complete drainage Lotus II Laser pulse mode program along this causes contraction of the walls of the sack and contraction."
Good luck eating dinner after watching this gooey, oozing, puss-filled cyst being popped
