TOTTENHAM finished their Europa League group campaign in style with a convincing win over Monaco, who failed to make the knockout stages.

Spurs needed just a point to secure top spot in Group J after already booking their place in the knockout stage.
And a first-half hat-trick from Erik Lamela made sure the hosts went into the break with a healthy lead before Stephan El Shaarawy pulled one back just after the hour mark.
But it would prove nothing more than a consolation goal as midfielder Tom Carroll wrapped up the win for Spurs on 78 minutes.
