Sol Campbell: Why Arsene Wenger can lead Arsenal to the Premier League title this season
Sol Campbell believes it could be Arsenal's year

SOL CAMPBELL has backed Arsenal to win the title - but does admit their slim squad could hold them back.

The Gunners are second to Leicester after 16 games.
They face third place Manchester City on Monday in a game that could display their title credentials against the current favourites.
And Campbell believes, if they're ever going to do, it has to be now.

“I’d love them to do it but I don’t like tipping people too early," Campbell said, speaking exclusively to 888sport.com ahead of Monday's game.
"But if they are going to have a chance to win it’s definitely going to be this year. Sometimes opportunity knocks and they are responding. The best chance they’ve got is this year.”
However the former Arsenal defender does think City's strength in depth will help them out as the season goes on.

Sol Campbell: Why Arsene Wenger can lead Arsenal to the Premier League title this season
Manuel Pellegrini's side have a better squad than Arsenal according to Campbell
The Gunners are suffering from an injury crisis at the moment but have managed to keep pace with the leaders.
They're just two points off Leicester and one ahead of City going into Monday's clash at the Emirates.
“City have the bigger squad and when injuries kick in they will have depth," he added.

"That’s the only thing that could halt Arsenal – the depth of City’s squad. When everyone is getting tired come February they’ll have impact players who can come on and make a difference.
"That’s the only thing I’m worried about.”
