Could Zlatan Ibrahimovic stay at PSG for next season? |
PARIS SAINT GERMAIN have "no intention" of offering Zlatan Ibrahimovic a new contract, according to reports.
The Swede has been with PSG since 2012, winning several major trophies.
But his current deal expires at the end of the season and there has been persistent speculation over his next club.
French publication Le Parisien say the PSG hierarchy are keen for Ibrahimovic to leave so they can usher in Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, the report does add that the complex nature of the Ronaldo deal means PSG are reluctant to completely close the door on Ibrahimovic staying.
And suggest he could sign a 12-month contract, describing the 34-year-old as "the heartbeat of the club".
