NORWICH scored in both halves to secure a vital win over fellow relegation battlers Aston Villa.

Villa started brightly at Carrow Road, despite going into the game on the back of a 17-match winless run in the Premier League.
But it was the hosts who broke the deadlock thanks to midfielder Jonny Howson, who volleyed the ball past goalkeeper Brad Guzan at the back post from Nathan Redmond’s deflected cross.
Norwich had a number of chances to double their lead in the second half, but it took the Canaries until the 87th minute to secure the three points.
Wes Hoolahan crossed for Dieumerci Mbokani to head home, sending his side three points clear of the relegation zone.
