GTA 5 LIVE: Rockstar start new festivities as fans take to the skies in epic new vehicle

ROCKSTAR are set to kick off the holiday festivities this week, while fans have been enjoying a new way to get around Los Santos.

 





GTA Online's annual holiday livestream is set to kick off tonight





 

Developers will continue celebrating the launch of the new GTA Online holiday pack tonight at 10pm, UK time on Twitch and YouTube Gaming.

The second annual Official GTA Online Holiday Party Livestream will include special invited community guests.

Fans have been exploring the new and old content recently added to the game this week and are also hoping to find out when the Los Santos will be getting its next snowfall.

Rockstar confirmed that snowballs will be coming back in 2015, revealing: "Celebrate the holiday season in Los Santos now through January 5 with the Festive Surprise 2015 for GTA Online.

"This year's holiday treats feature a whole new collection of free seasonally appropriate clothes and accessories for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

"Plus keep an eye out for special gifts on all platforms during the holidays, including the chance for a few snowball fights during the rare phenomenon of Los Santos snowfall in the forecast as well as some special additions to the growing collection of fun Adversary Modes on PS4, Xbox One and PC."

 

Fans have also had the chance to check out new mods this week that includes a fully functioning Star Wars Millennium Falcon.

A careful reskin of the game's jet fighters means that fans can enjoy pretending to be Han Solo and make for some epic flybys.

For those who want a truly Star Wars-centric experience, there is also an Imperial Star Destroyer mod that turns all of GTA's existing blimps into the Empire's most deadly transports.
