ARSENE WENGER has singled out Arsenal's Joel Campbell for praise in today's 3-1 win over Sunderland.
The Costa Rican forward broke the deadlock at the Emirates after an inch-perfect pass from Mesut Ozil and fired the ball through the legs of Costel Pantilimon.
The Black Cats equalised before the break when through an Olivier Giroud own net, but the Frenchman made up for it when he headed home before Aaron Ramsey wrapped up with three points.
And Wenger was pleased with the impact of Campbell, who scored his second of the season as he came in for the injured Alexis Sanchez.
But the Gunners boss is well aware that Leicester must slip up for Arsenal's title hopes after Claudio Ranieri's men moved top with a win at Swansea.
He said: "This Premier League is a battle. You have to give credit to Sunderland who were well organised and always dangerous on the break.
"It could have been one of those days, but the mental aspect was good and we kept concentration.
"Joel Campbell also scored against Swansea and since he has come into the side his contribution is very positive.
He added: "We have to keep winning games and collecting points and hope that (leaders) Leicester slip up."
