NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news coming from the Emirates Stadium.
The agent of Schalke winger Leroy Sane has ruled out a move away in January, despite attracting interest from Arsenal and Tottenham.
The Premier League pair have been linked with £11million bids for the Germany international, who put pen to paper on a new four-year contract in the summer.
"Schalke is the best place Leroy could be," Jurgen Milewski told German newspaper Bild. "A winter transfer is not an issue. He is very happy at Schalke."
Meanwhile, Southampton boss Ronald Koeman has ended Arsenal’s hopes of signing Victor Wanyama when the transfer window reopens.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has set his sights on signing a defensive midfielder in the New Year after losing Francis Coquelin to injury.
Koeman said: "They can prepare whatever they like to prepare. Don't spend time trying to buy a player from Southampton because it's impossible.
"They talk about players from Southampton because we have some good players and there is always interest in players. And the ambition of players is about playing Champions League.
"We know what we like to do and how we like to do our business. That means in January nobody will leave Southampton."
And finally, Wenger has been handed a boost in his pursuit of Russia international Aleksandr Kokorin after he was urged by compatriot Andrei Kanchelskis to join the north London club.
The former Manchester United and Everton midfielder said: "Kokorin should jump at the chance to go to that country. The Russian championship is very weak and Aleksandr can progress at Arsenal.
"Arsenal are the best option for Aleksandr’s career. If he is prepared to work a lot, he will not have any problems.
"He will not be like (Arsenal’s former Russian forward) Andrei Arshavin and will become a top class forward for the London club."
