AARON RAMSEY is already being ribbed by Arsenal's England players about the home nation's match-up at next summer's European Championships in France.
But the Wales midfielder believes Chris Coleman's Dragons are more than capable of giving him the last laugh next June.
Dressing-room rivalries were brought into sharp focus when England were paired with Wales in Group B alongside Russia and Slovakia.
Ramsey said: "Theo [Walcott] and Kieran [Gibbs] have already been winding me up about it but I'm keeping quiet and will seeing what happens.
"It is a very exciting draw and I'm really looking forward to it. It's new for our team to be involved in there and it is going to be a great occasion for us. We will enjoy every minute.
"But while we are looking to enjoy it we also want to take it seriously and get out of the group."
England and Wales face up for the first time since Fabio Capello's side beat a team managed by Gary Speed 1-0 at Wembley in September 2011. And Ramsey insists that they have made significant strides since then.
"We've come a long way since we last played England," he said. "And to be fair I wanted England in the draw so I had a bit of luck. It'll be a great game for everyone who's involved. It will be like a derby. It will be close and could go either way."
Russia and Slovakia are the other two teams in Group B.
