LEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN has hailed team-mate Mathieu Flamini as Arsenal's 'man of 2015'.
Flamini has been a big contributor in recent weeks, after Arsene Wenger's side was decimated with injuries, and has helped them lead the league at the turn of the year.
The Frenchman's standout moment came in Arsenal's 2-1 victory over Tottenham in the Capital One Cup as the 31-year-old netted twice to record a memorable win at White Hart Lane.
And adding to his energetic displays for the Gunners, Flamini is also behind a money-making project set to revolutionise the green energy industry with his company GF Biochemicals one of the world's leading researchers.
And Oxlade-Chamberlain believes all of those reasons make him worthy of being Arsenal's star performer for 2015.
"It's got to be Mathieu Flamini with everything that's going on around him," said Oxlade-Chamberlain when asked about Arsenal's player of the year.
"He's just smashed it. Who knows what he's up to but if you look over the archives I've always said Mathieu Flamini is taking over the world from within the Arsenal dressing room.
