RUBEN NEVES has committed his future to Porto amid speculation of a move to Arsenal or Chelsea.
The Premier League duo have sent scouts to watch the talented 18-year-old midfielder several times.
Neves is a product of Porto's youth system and is one of the most highly sought teenagers in Europe.
But judging by his latest comments, Neves is content to stay in Portugal.

"It's fantastic. This made me feel very proud.
"I am under contract until June 2019 and, at the moment, I am only thinking about the club achieving its goals."
