Wayne Rooney looking forward to seeing England youngsters in action against France
WAYNE ROONEY has admitted he's excited to see what England's youngsters can offer against France at Wembley.
 
England manager Roy Hodgson has revealed six of tomorrow's starting XI will be under the age of 22, with a number of experienced out through injury.
Striker Jamie Vardy and midfielder Michael Carrick have both been withdrawn from the squad and replaced by Jesse Lingard and Ryan Mason.

Jamie Vardy missed out against Spain with a knock
Carrick returned to Manchester United after being carried off on a stretcher against Spain, while Vardy missed Friday's match due to an injury suffered playing for Leicester the previous weekend.
"To know the manager has faith in youngsters and will reward them... I think that's great. It's a big opportunity for those young lads," Rooney said.

Michael Carrick was forced off against Spain on Friday
"I've said over the last 18 months I've been very excited by this team, there are a lot of younger players in the squad and it's a great opportunity for them," said Rooney.
"So many young players starting the game is a big challenge against a good French team so we need to be together and try and put our gameplan into effect."
