TOTTENHAM have been told to take their chance and secure a top-four place in the Premier League.
 
Former player Jermaine Jenas believes this is the year the north London club can grab Champions League football once again.
"The question for Tottenham every year seems to be: can they make the top four? The answer is usually 'no'," Jenas told Radio 5 Live.
"This season, with Manchester United not playing brilliantly and Chelsea well below their usual standards, there is a massive chance for them."
Spurs lie sixth in the Premier League and could move fifth and a point behind United with a .
Chelsea, meanwhile, languish in 16th place as their title defence falters further.
 
And Jenas believes the clash at the Emirates Stadium today could be pivotal to Spurs' season.
"Sunday's north London derby at Arsenal will be a huge test of where Spurs are at, especially because they have been battered at Emirates Stadium a couple of times in the past few years," he said.
