JAMIE VARDY has a tablet guaranteed to give any defender a blinding headache.
Leicester's in-form striker is chasing down yet another goals record with the help of his iPad.
He uses the computer to get the lowdown on every club's defence as he bids to make it nine scoring games on the spin against Watford today.
If Vardy scores again then he will be one off Ruud Van Nistelrooy's all-time Premier League sequence record.
He said: "We get given all the videos on an iPad to watch, to see what the opposition defence is like.
"You watch videos then take that out on to the training pitch and try to put it into practice.
"I'm not really looking at the record. There's still a way to go."
Despite his form, Vardy has shown no let up in his appetite in training or matches |
Etienne Capoue has revealed a pre-season game of cards is the secret behind Watford's impressive start to the season.
Mid-table Watford are chasing a third successive top-flight win for the first time since April 1987.
Midfielder Capoue believes the club's unified dressing room was a result of their summer trip to Germany.
"You know it's difficult sometimes in pre-season because a lot of new players come in and it's difficult to speak with each other," he said.
"Well, I bring in this card game, and straightaway everyone talked to everyone."
