Redknapp slams Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd for not signing Spurs' £20m star
Dele Alli has earned rave reviews for his performance against France
HARRY REDKNAPP has taken a swipe at Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United for failing to sign Spurs star Dele Alli.

Alli signed for Spurs from MK Dons in a deal worth an initial £5million in February but stayed on loan with the Dons for the remainder of the season before joining up with Mauricio Pochettino's squad for the 2015/16 campaign.
Since making his Premier League debut in August, the 19-year-old has had a series of promising displays for Spurs but the attention grew even more after a man of the match performance for England against France on Tuesday.
The teenager broke the deadlock in the first half with a stunning strike from distance to beat his club colleague Hugo Lloris and delivered a commanding display to leave critics wondering if he could make England's squad for the European Championships next summer.

Redknapp has described Alli as a "superb talent" and reckons he is now worth more than £20million.
He told the Evening Standard: "There are people who don’t want to hype him up or say it is too early to see his quality at the highest level but anybody who watched that game could see he is a superb talent — tenacious in the tackle, excellent on the ball and all capped off with a top attitude.
"Tottenham paid £5million for him in the end, which is nothing. It is an amazing buy. He’s worth at least £20m now if not a lot more. And Spurs had a clear run at signing him!"

Liverpool were reportedly close to signing Alli but Redknapp has questioned the recruitment policy at the Premier League's top clubs after they missed out on the player.
He added: "It shames the recruitment networks at the top clubs — who could think further ahead — that they didn’t go in for him.
"Why didn’t Arsenal sign him? Don’t tell me Chelsea shouldn’t have bought him for £5m. What’s £5m to Manchester United, especially with the way they throw their money around now?
"Okay, Liverpool did show some interest but for, whatever reason, did not follow it through."
