REAL MADRID will make a strong push to land David de Gea next summer, according to reports.
De Gea was heavily linked with a move to the Bernabeu in the last transfer window.
The Spaniard was expected to join Los Blancos with Keylor Navas heading the other way, but a deal collapsed on deadline day.
De Gea ended up penning a new four-year deal with the Red Devils and he hasn’t looked back since.
But The Sun claim Real will try for a second time to land De Gea.
The report suggests a £30million release clause was inserted into his contract to prevent a repeat scene of what happened over the summer.
This is despite De Gea insisting he is ‘very happy’ at Old Trafford.
He said: “I'm really happy now, at one of the biggest clubs in he world, where I feel loved by the fans.
"Nobody let me down or disappointed me - during the market anything can happen, it can all change inside a minute.
"There were difficult moments, strange moments, but they help you to mature. To be stronger."
