Man Utd star reveals the player that had the greatest impact on his club career
Phil Jones in action for Manchester United
PHIL JONES has heaped praise on Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand for shaping his Old Trafford career.

Jones has been in and out of the Red Devils first team this term.
The 23-year-old played alongside Ferdinand for three seasons before Ferdinand hung up his boots at the end of last season.
And Jones insists he learned a lot from Ferdinand during their time together.

“Rio just talked sense. Every time I spoke to him he just talked sense, whether it was about me, about the team or just things in general life,” Jones told the club’s official website.
“Everything he said I listened to and I understood everything about what he was trying to say. He explained everything.
“He was a great go-to man when you needed some help with things. His leadership qualities, his calmness and his overall game were top class.
