Moura is mainly used as an impact sub by PSG boss Laurent Blanc and could be tempted by a move to Old Trafford.
He signed for PSG for £31.6million from Sao Paulo.

Red Devils youngster Vanja Milinkovic-Savic has had his contract terminated after the Serbian failed to obtain a work permit.
The 18-year-old goalkeeper has already signed for Polish outfit Lechia Gdansk after struggling to get a work permit as a non-EU player in the 18 months he was under contract with United.
"I had to go to Manchester, but there is a problem with a work permit in England," he told Lechia's official site
"The case dragged on, unfortunately.
"I couldn’t find a club where I could be loaned to.
"I decided to terminate the contract with Manchester United. I am glad that I was able to come to an agreement with Lechia."
