Louis van Gaal reveals Manchester United injury update ahead of West Brom clash
Morgan Schneiderlin is recovering from an illness and may not play for Man Utd tomorrow
LOUIS VAN GAAL says he has no fresh injury concerns heading into Manchester United's home clash with West Brom.

However, Morgan Schneiderlin is uncertain to play at Old Trafford tomorrow with an illness.
Schneiderlin missed on Tuesday night.
And Dutchman Van Gaal said he will give the midfielder until this afternoon to prove his fitness.
"There are no injuries, only illnesses," Van Gaal told MUTV. "Morgan Schneiderlin was ill.
"He shall train today for the first time so we have to wait and see.
"I cannot say there are a lot of changes for this game.
"Matteo Darmian is suspended so he cannot play and Valencia is injured."

Jesse Lingard played a full 90 minutes in United's midweek victory, where he set up Wayne Rooney's winning goal.
And Van Gaal said he was impressed by the 22-year-old's performance.
"He’s doing well," said van Gaal. "That’s why I want to keep him and why I have said his chances shall come.
"He has a lot of pace and I like pace on the wings. Now he has first assist also.
"I think he shall have a boost from this game because he played very well, in my opinion, and I hope he shall continue."
