Joao Teixeira is ineligible to play in Liverpool's Europa League tie against Rubin Kuzan
Liverpool's CEO Ian Ayre has promised Klopp that he will have full control over signings in the January transfer window.
Klopp has so far remained quiet on who he might sign in the new year but when he does make a move he will be the one who makes the final decision.
"There's only one person that has the final say over what players at Liverpool Football Club and that's Jurgen Klopp right now," Ayre said at the Web Summit at the RDS in Dublin.
"That's always been the case for as long as I've been here."

The Reds take on Rubin Kuzan in the Europa League tomorrow night but they will be without several key players.
Daniel Sturridge is expected to be rested while Jordan Henderson, Jon Flanagan, Joe Gomez, Danny Ings and Kolo Toure all remain sidelined.
Joao Teixeira will also be watching from the stands, with the youngster ineligible to play as he wasn't named in the club's Europa League squad.
Dejan Lovren, Joe Allen, Jordon Ibe and Divock Origi are all in contention to feature in their trip to Russia.
