LIVERPOOL striker Mario Balotelli has been ruled out for three months, according to reports.
The Italian, on loan at AC Milan, flew to Denmark last week with a hernia issue.
And now reports in Italy suggest the 25-year-old will be out of action for three months.
Balotelli last played on September 27 in the defeat to Genoa.
He scored one goal in four Serie A appearances since returning from Liverpool.
Balotelli scored just once in the Premier League after arriving for £16m and was shipped out on loan in the summer.
Jurgen Klopp is dealing with his own injury crisis at Anfield with Daniel Sturridge still out ahead of Manchester City on Saturday.
