But his agent has quashed speculation of Ronaldo finishing his career anywhere other than at Real.
"[Cristiano will] end his career at Real Madrid," Mendes was quoted as saying by Marca.
"He loves Manchester United and Real Madrid, but his career will end in Madrid."

But the 30-year-old recently fuelled rumours of one day returning to United.
Regarding a move back to the Premier League, he was quoted by Sport Magazine saying: "In football, you never know what will happen tomorrow.
"I’m very good here at Madrid, but in the future: nobody knows. Let’s see what’s gonna happen."
