Arsenal star urges team-mates to learn from Chelsea and Liverpool humiliation in 2014
Nacho Monreal has been one of Arsenal's most improved players
NACHO MONREAL has called his Arsenal team-mates to learn from the past mistakes if they want to win the Premier League this season.

The Gunners made a strong start to the 2013-14 season and were leading the table on New Year’s Day.
But they fell away in February and March, suffering heavy defeats to Chelsea and Liverpool.

However, the Spanish left-back believes Arsenal’s squad is stronger and ready to not repeat the same mistakes.
“We need to learn from that,” Monreal said.

“I remember it very well because we finished the first half of the season [near the top].
“In the second half, we lost a lot of games so we need to learn about that. I think the team is different now.
“We have different players and are more competitive.”
