ADAM BOGDAN has revealed how Jurgen Klopp works on the training ground, heaping praise on his 'to the point' approach.
Since the German took charge at Anfield, the Reds have lost only one game in all competitions.
And the former Borussia Dortmund manager has been praised for his style of management, with coach Pepijn Lijnders calling it 'a masterclass'.
"For me as a young coach learning from the best, it's the same as [the young players] it's like a masterclass every day, it's very simple," he said.
And now Liverpool goalkeeper Bogdan has also sung Klopp's praises, giving an insight into how he works behind closed doors.
"What you see on TV, he's pretty much the same in training," he said.
"He's the same character - he's open, very straight to the point, he has nothing to hide and I think that comes through.
"The way he wants to play is pretty simple and, like I said, he's straight to the point.
"He shows you on the clips where you should be or what you should have done better and that's it."
And Bodgan admits it's this structured approach that is giving him hope of holding down a regular place in the starting XI.
"I know what I need to do on the training ground, what things I need to improve," he added.
"The way I stay patient is because I had a chance to play and the main thing is that I'm hoping that gets me another chance."
